So today was Sophias 2 month check~up along with shots! We all woke up dreading the time going by. I got Sophia dressed in such a cute little outfit and of course she was in a great smiley mood! So we got to the doctors and she was the talk of the office! We then went into the room and my stomach started turning! The nurse then weighed her she was 10.10 pounds! The last time she was weighed was two weeks after she was born and she was 7.11. She is in her 50 percentile and she is now 23.5 inches long lasttime she was 20.5 inches long. She is now in her 75 percentile and her head is 39 which is 50 percentile. The doctor said she is growing wonderfully. So then I broke out our list of questions and everything is normal! yes...joe her legs WILL straighten out!and she will not be bow legged!! I made sure she repeated that twice when we were in the office! So then came the time ughhh i grabbed some tissues just in case because whenthe nurse gave the oral vacc my eyes started to water because i saw her face and she had a sad face... then came the needles ohh geeze i never heard that kind of cry before. it was sooo loud and peircing sooo sad but i am proud of my self i didnt cry i just felt so sorry for her. before her shots i told her we were going to go shopping today and she was able to get an outfit or a toy! After we left she was still crying then we got come and she ate alittle and took a small nap. we then ventured off to babys r us and then five guys burgers and fries and then the mall. she was wonderful full of smiles and all and then on our way home she slept alittle and the it was crying from then on. once we got home i gave her the infants tylenol and she passed out. she just woke up after an hour or so nap. alittle upset but i think she was just hungry too. it looks so sad bandaids on each leg! aww today and tomorrow is her day... well heck everyday is her day! i'm just glad i already had off tonight from work!
