What a great Christmas!

I have been meaning to come on here sooner and post this picture along with how our Christmas went! But as you know life gets pretty darn busy with a five month old! So let me back track! On our days leading to x-mas our excitenment was getting pretty crazy! I was so thankful to find out I had off x-mas eve. Of course I didn't find out until like 3 days before hand! ugh!! but the outcome was what I wanted to see! Sophia and I went to my parents house and opened a ton of gifts they gave her! It reminded me of when I was little! I loved everything they got her. I cant pick out my favorite! Actually I think that chair is! It is soo helpful! I was also shocked to see what they have gotten me! I got a canon camcorder I was thrilled it even takes pictures too! now I just need to figure out how to set the darn thing up on the comp. I am having some trouble! ughh. I have off tomorrow so hopefully i can take some time and figure it out. i have so many cute videos already! Its so neat I can turn the screen around so that she can look at herself when i am taping her! So anyways After we opened up all the gifts we went to my grandmom corneys. my grandmom wiley joined us which was very nice having her there with us since I was not going to be seeing her x-mas day. Sophia had a really good nap inthe afternoon before going to my parents so she was pretty good. Once we got to my g-moms only my sunt debbie was there. Once everyone came Sophia had her eye on everyone. Going from one arm to another. She especially had a liking to her "2nd cousin" Oliva. Liv was too cute! Everywhere Sophia was she was right next to her. When I had to change sophias diaper we went into my grandmoms room and it was sophia liv and i sitting on the bed talking and sophia was all smiles and laughing. I then had to feed her and liv asked if she could help. So i had liv sit on the reclinner in the den and i put sophia in her lap and she fed her the bottle. they looked adorable.

I can tell liv is a great "helper" for corinne! We are going to have to get the girls together! especially since char and soph are so close in age! As the night grew Sophia started getting really tired. I wish she wasnt because my cousin diana finally got out of work~those darn dollar tree customers! She had came with dom and I really wanted to get them two together and interact but it was late and the little girl was turning into a tired monster! we'll just have to do it when its earlier. so we ate and then did out pollyanas. My pollyana was corinne and she gave me this awesome necklace. its silver and its a cirlce with sophias name on it and her birthstone. i love it. i got soo many compliments already. its perfect! sophia had my cousin ricky. which i just reminded myself i need to call him and thank him because he was not there for me to do so. he got sophia these rolling balls that have neat textures on them and also a pink glow worm. she really likes both of them. especially the glow worm. i have a cute video of that. hopefully you'll be able to see it soon. so after we did our exchanges it was pretty late so my dad took sophia and i home. once we got home she decided to wake up! but not for long. before we went to bed we put her gifts down under the tree. once we all went to bed i felt like we just had closed our eyes and then it was time to wake up! it was just about 6 am and we heard voice down stairs! ughh Joeys brother steven had his kids sleep over they are 2 and 13 and they were all downstairs opening up gifts. so of course sophia didnt want to go back to bed! so we headed down stairs and then our long day started! she was great she sat in her little chair that my parents gave her and she held onto wrapping paper in one hand and her toy in the other her smile didnt leave her face! after opening up all the gifts we had breakfast and then started opening up the toys. which one to play with first! we were all soo tired but there was so much going on nobody could take a nap! later on that day my grandmom wiley and my aunt audrey came over to give sophia their gifts. my aunt audrey gave her an adorbale wooden sled that has padding on it for the snow. its too cute i cant wait for the next snow fall. its ashame all the rain washed it away. so instead joe had been pulling her around in the house. she loves it! my grandmom got her tons of cute little outfits that she will grow into.

so all in all we had such a great christmas sophia now had soooo many toys to play with! oh yea and my aunt debbie gave us the jumper thing that hangs on the door way. sophia thinks its really neat that she can just hang there and move around with nothing next to her. it makes her feel like she really is standing in her own!

Now that x-mas is over was relaized we really next a toy box for her! so I think cupid is going to be looking for one for her!
