Will she be a daddys little girl or a mommys little girl?

Before Sophia was Born that was a question that always came up! We both have a special bond with her that grows everyday, but when I see how they interact with eachother I can now answer that question~She is a daddys little girl! When he feeds her she gazes into his eyes and doesn't even blink. They take naps together cuddling and they both fall right alseep in a matter of seconds. In the morning he drinks his coffee while he feeds her and then afterwards they have little conversations that only the two of them understand. He makes her smile playing this little game of "give me your cheeks,etc while tickling her. ( It doesn't work when I tried to do it!) Joey is great at picking out little outfits for her to wear on our outtings.

When it comes to bath time daddy is the one that does majority of the job! I'm just the holder! Everything that he does with Sophia is wonderful he is the best daddy a little girl could every have. It makes me so happy to say, she will/is be a "daddys little girl"!

Today we took Sophia to go get her pictures taken! We were so siked. We dressed her in such a cute little summer dress had her hair all done...she looked so cute! Once we finally got to Walmart in Turnersville we thought she would never wake up! See the Walmart in Deptford doesn't have a picture place and J C Penny was more expensive then Walmart and well Sears was out of the question so we went to the Turnersville Walmart. So we get inside and talk with the lady about what they have to offer,etc and come to find out its only 7.99 and you get soo many pictures. So once she woke up we fed her a little while the lady set everything up so that way we wouldn't have a cranky little girl on our hands! They took 7 different poses! Sophia was soo good well for atleast 6 out of the 7 she was! So after she took all the poses we sat down and had to pick one from each one that we liked and then narrow that down to one! I didn't think it would be that hard but after looking at like 40 pictures of her I couldn't wait to be finished! The whole time Sophia was just looking around at everyone in the store. So we finally picked our favorite and then we had second one we really liked so we got a sheet. They had such great deals there, we'll deffinitly be going back. So now we have to wait two weeks to pick up the pictures...I can't wait she looked sooo cute!

She loves her outtings!

Today we took Sophia to the Ammish market and to our surprise she stayed up the whole time, except for the car ride there! While we were there she had so much to look at she was so alert. In the past whenever we were to take her on an outting she would sleep her way through it. Within the last week she has been up through the whole morning and afternoon! Only taking small catnaps here and there. Today is her 5 week old birthday! Actually in 37 min it will be exactly 5 weeks! I am still in shock! She is getting really big I had to go through her clothes already and pick out the ones that don't fit her anymore! I actually started to get a little sad about it because I thought it was to soon for her to be growing out of those clothes! Especially since I really liked some of them! But she has many more that I can't wait for her to fit into! ( thanks to my cousin Corinne!) We have came up with another new nickname for her! "Little Monster" Whenever she gets tired/bored/hungry she starts to make these whinning sounds along with some funny faces! She still makes the the "turtle head" move whenever she stretches and the "birdie face" whenever she is hungry. I am trying to catch her in action so that I can take a picture!

Dear Sophia,

Words can't explain how happy you make me feel. I am so lucky to have such a pretty little baby. You truely are a blessing~you have no idea. You are perfect in everyway! The way you look into our eyes is breath taking. You were so little when you were born and everybody made sure to tell me how fast you will grow and I didn't want to believe them. Now that you are a little over a month old I totally understand what they mean! Your growing too fast! SLOW DOWN! Your going to be such a pretty little girl when you grow up. I never thought I could love something so much untill you came into our lives. You mean the world to me. Thank you for changing my life forever...I love you always and forever~Mommy
